I am passionate about Agile/Scrum/Project Management and have seen first hand how a high-functioning, unified team can efficiently and effectively deploy working software that meets the customer's needs.
My focus is three fold:
- Facilitating collaboration and lean process within the development team and between the development team and the business
- Tracking and analyzing the development team's process/progress and radiating analysis results for the team's continuous improvement
- Maintaining constructive and positive team morale, encouraging autonomy and accountability, and preserving team unity
