Ivana Tzschoppe

My Name is Ivana Tzschoppe and I was born in Czech Republic. After my studies of International Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Vienna I have lived and worked more than 10 years in Vienna, Austria. For over 10 years I live and work in Switzerland. So I consider myself as a “Czech Austrian with Passion for Swiss Quality”. 
I always act as an integer, credible, loyal person, inspire and motivate people and try to increase the intrinsic motivation of the individual or team with a strong vision and purpose.
I try to respond as a transformational leader to the individual needs and develop the relevant skills and strengths in a targeted manner.
I strongly believe, that recognizing individual needs, awakening motives and developing self-confidence lead to maximal empowerment of an individual or teams and market relevant success.

My more than 15 years of experience in the field of innovation, corporate development in different roles (eg. Servant Leader, Change Facilitator, Change Agent, Innovation Coach, Agile Coach, Project Lead, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Member) particularly in the digital/innovation environment, gives me confidence that we can bring elephants to dance.

It is not the question of ability, but rather the question of attitude and willingness to get things done.
