About
My Name is Ingo Siebeck. My first contact with the internet was in 1996 as a child discovering the good old AOL chat rooms. Besides this I created my own homepage. After my education I moved to munich to work as a system administrator in a media agency call Red Ant. After six months I switched to a new startUp, which offers a city guide on your mobile phone. The big issue was, only few people owned a mobile phone in 2000. In this company I was working as a web developer for nearly 7 months until the company runs out of money. After this I start working as a freelancer for mobile and web development. After further 3 years as technical manager in a online news agency and about 16 months as a senior web developer, in 2011 I started as a TYPO3 developer at the Hoffmann Group in Munich. I introduced a complete new way for software development including version control by GIT and a new deployment process bases on git. In the beginning of 2014 the company starts working on a new product with the scrum framework. So I got my first experiences with Scrum. I took over the role of the Scrum Master. Today the company got 3 Scrum Teams and a whole new level of development is implemented.
