Title: Agile IT Project Manager | Scrum Master

I'm the real deal when it comes to building software. I'm an experienced SCRUM Master/Technical Project Manager with a lot to offer for any project I'm hired to help with.

Organizing chaos, seeing the forest for the trees, strategical and systematic thinking - it's all me. I came to the project once where not even the developers that worked there for a year understood how the system was supposed to work and I solved that puzzle in a month. It turned out that 2 key things needed improvement - the admin UI (which was an impossible maze of links and buttons) and testing of the system (that not a single developer did, they usually relied on users reporting the bugs to the team). Plus the documentation was absent so it was almost an investigation that took place and finally allowed to see the big picture.

I'm a pro with Git workflows and have a story connected to that. I came once to a project where they used a pretty tangled workflow with 2 master branches for 2 teams and a lot of back merges that resulted into daily "merge hell". I untangled the process and set it straight in less than a week and developers finally were able to release as frequently as needed.

I'm good at business analysis, to say the least. I'm comfortable with getting the requirements out of the customers and getting the information into actionable plans.
Once I was given a bunch of PDFs exported from a bookkeeping program, a storm of tickets on a Kanban board and a brief explanation how the order processing should look like.
I came up with a flow chart, that described the processes and interviewed most of the managers, later we implemented a sophisticated order processing system based on Symfony3 which integrates with Podio ticket tracker.

Also, I'm a talented HR. My methods of selecting candidates based on their skills with no compromises on code quality saved 3+ projects from wasting money.
Let me tell you about one of the most memorable examples. Once there was a Chrome Extension 6 months in development. It was implemented by a Junior Javascript developer. The Product Owner wasted $14k+ on it and still, it was unstable and buggy, with huge files 1000 lines of code long and a lot of copy/paste code. I replaced that guy with an experienced Angular 4 developer and we re-made the entire thing in a month for $3k. The extension, at last, became stable, also we added a bunch of shiny new features that users absolutely loved.
This is what the selection of good developers does for your business - you get high-quality products faster and cheaper.

I'm a “developer-whisperer”, so to speak. I'm fluent in both, technical and business languages and I can help your business build any system, regardless of the complexity required. Plus I have experience with PHP/Symfony2 framework and some Javascript+AngularJS, but I wouldn't call myself a programmer.

In my experience, when a project fails it is usually not the developer's fault. Without proper management, projects tend to end up in the loop of never ending development processes until their budget runs out. The trick, in this case, is identifying and prioritizing the goals, knowing what exactly do we need to do first and what can wait.

I have the skills, knowledge, and experience to set up and manage the processes needed to empower a successful development team. At the end of the day, I offer organizations a controllable workflow for projects that are on the budget, on time and always successful.
