Ian Hutchison has experience in setting up Agile Scrum initiatives within a primarily traditional Waterfall project delivery environment in a large UK financial institution. As a qualified Project Manager with over 20 years' experience, Ian has a proven track record of delivering change within the Financial Services sector, taking projects from the initial idea through to implementation and ongoing support. Ian's experience of traditional Waterfall implementations makes him ideally suited to Agile Scrum initiatives, having as he does both the experience and tenacity to work through the challenges that change initiatives within large organisations can bring.
