About
Within the last 12 years, I have been working in the area of digital transformation and change management.
Basically, I worked on the improvement of processes, organizations and products, to strengten customer orientation, lean-agile administration and digital product and innovation management.
I love to build up st. new and to push things forward.
My academic background includes a master's degree in business information management from stuttgart media university, and an university masters in general management from the hagen school of business. Since I had been working in various companies and functions during my studies, I got also experienced with various organizations and cultures.
Before my studies, I had been working a couple of years as shop assistant in a sports retail store, what established a strong market and customer orientation in my mindset.
After a successful 10yrs period in the industry sector, I am glad to work now more close to the customers, and for AXA Winterthur, an innovative insurance company. There, I find daily things to improve, and support the organiziaton with agile coaching, change management and organizational development.
In my free-time, I like travelling abroad, swap innovative ideas, and find some times for further education in the field of culture and innovation.
