Hao Zhu

Hao Zhu a development manager of Transaction Processing Platform in State Street Hangzhou, covering multiple applications on Trade Capture & Entry, Validation & Matching, Confirmation & Monitoring and so on for different regions around the globe. He joined State Street in 2005 when he was a candidate for Master Degree of Zhejiang University, and continued his career here after graduation. He expanded his responsibilities gradually to oversee more projects and teams over the past 10 years. Hao started with the agile transformation with State Street in 2013, and worked with 6 agile teams to adopt scrum practice and enforce engineering practice. He also worked as internal trainer to give Scrum Fundamental training to new teams who is about to or just started to adopt scrum.
