• Scrum Master, trainer, coach with 15 + years of total IT experience involving Project Execution, Training, Coaching with exposure to entire Software Delivery Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Providing extensive training on Agile, Scrum that lead to wide adoption of Agile methodologies, in turn increasing competency levels of associates, increasing Agile Maturity.
• Extensive Training/Coaching to teams on Agile Values and Principles, Scrum, XP practices, CI/CD, DevOps.
• Experience of working with diverse teams including teams which are completely new to Agile. Also have transitioned teams from waterfall to agile.
• Worked with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum in the group/organization.
• Coordinated multiple teams using Nexus Framework. Played the role of Nexus Scrum master (NIT SM) in Nexus Integration Team (NIT)
• Interacted with diverse stakeholders like Line Managers, Product Owners, Business Analyst, Onshore coordinators, Scrum teams, Architects
• Periodically checking on Agile Teams , helping them stay on track with Agile Principles/Scrum Framework and helping them improvise as needed.
• Done one to one coaching/mentoring to Teams/Scrum Masters/Individual Team members.
