Himanshi Juneja is a Business Intelligence Professional and an Agile Practitioner with comprehensive customer loyalty and commercial business background, strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.

Himanshi initiated and successfully implemented organisational and cultural change initiatives at both organisation and team level in multicultural environments. As an assertive thought-leader and working as a scrum master, Himanshi brought many BI projects efforts back on track in various BI initiatives in her organisation.

Himanshi has managed and contributed to the implementation of some of the largest agile project and delivery management transformations in Emirates Airlines. She has also worked as a lead product owner for various business intelligence deliveries.

Himanshi has been involved in managing, developing and supporting the best practices relating to the product development lifecycle through agile project management. She has trained and coached a wide range of development teams, business departments, project managers and senior executives in using Scrum, agile planning and business intelligence practices. She also drives Business intelligence adoption in her organisation.
