About
Hiroyuki "The HIRO" Ito is the agile coach, DevOps advocate, test automation coach, and mechanism inventor. He has been devoted to agile since 2012 and coached 10+ organizations, 30+ teams, and 500+ persons agile, DevOps, technical practices, effective communications, and organizational agile adoption mainly in Japan. Additionally, he supported 30+ persons to obtain CSP in Japan.
The HIRO has been working with software development since 2000. He started his career as a programmer and changed gradually as a software architect. He has experienced Scrum and XP intermittently since 2003. He has been studying technical excellence like DevOps and trying to combine it with agile practices, mindsets, and culture for radical industrial improvements and customer business outcomes since 2012.
The HIRO is now working as an application development consultant at Amazon Web Services Japan G.K. His experience ranges from team coaching to organizational agile adoption. He always combines agile frameworks, technical excellence, and coaching to improve skills, culture, and business outcomes of clients.
