Hiroyuki "The HIRO" Ito is an independent Agile and DevOps coach, global speaker, and researcher.

Since the start of his career in 2000, he has been working as a programmer, software architect, test automator, tech lead, manager, consultant, and so on.

He has experienced Scrum and XP intermittently since 2003. In 2012, he changed his role as an Agile coach. Since then, he has been studying technical excellence like DevOps and trying to combine it with agile practices, mindsets, and culture for radical industrial improvements and customer business outcomes. Recently, he has been learning professional coaching and applying its skills to clients.

Additionally, He has been coaching 20+ organizations, 50+ teams, and 1000+ persons agile, DevOps, technical practices, effective communication, and organizational agile adoption mainly in Japan. Additionally, he supported 30+ persons to obtain Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) in Japan.

He is passionate for developing autonomous, technology-oriented, human-centered, and self-learning teams, organizations, and culture. Moreover, he is interested in Systems Thinking, Cynefin framework, and AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC).
