Haitham Fouad

Haitham Fouad is a consultant, coach, trainer and expert in Product Management, Agile methodologies, Lean startups, and UX. He helps companies and teams gain insights through customer discovery, run experiments and drive outcomes to come up with a value for customers. He is a professional hunter for product features that meet the customers needs and fill their desires and has a vast experience in translating market needs to a valuable features. He helps founders and product builders to enrich their knowledge base about strategies, tools, techniques and practices throughout his extensive product management experience and skills. His professional track record in Agile concepts and practices qualifies him to help CEOs and leaders to build great product teams and to apply powerful practices. He helped many local and regional startups and enterprises to bootstrap and grow their products at different stages from ideation to scaling in a lean way.

Haitham has worked with a wide range of businesses, from startups to large scale companies, and on a variety of mobile and web products. Some of these companies are Arrow Electronics, Harf Information Technology, Waffarha, Saudi General Authority for Statistics and more. His experience has enriched by dealing with different market regions like USA, Europe, Egypt, KSA, UAE, and Kuwait.

Haitham began his career as a designer. He worked in different areas in the design field; printing, desktop, and UX/UI. Then he decided to step through the business world to learn how to be the customer advocate and manage the value stream for the organization by taking the business analysis ladder towards his journey in product management, his journey in Product Management that started by working as a Product Specialist and it ended up that he has been a Product Management enthusiast. After this long journey he has been the Co-Founder of the Product Mentor consultation brand.

Haitham earned his BS in Mass Communication from Cairo University. He also became a certified professional from ICAgile in Agile Coaching, Team Facilitation, and Product Ownership. Nowadays he is preparing himself to gain more specialized certificates in Product Management. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and ideas by publishing videos on social networks and conducting some free sessions and talks. He created an entry level course in Product Management and he gives public and private workshops.
