Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Certified Scrum Professional. After making my studies and my master in Software Engineering, I decided to change my role. For the last  years I have been working in helping other teams to understand Agile and its benefits. For creating a transition in the way they work I've use the Agile frameworks which has given great results. Currently I'm helping my company Takeaway.com to transform the whole organization into an agile organization. Together with a team of scrum masters we are looking for organizational impediments to try to solve them together with our teams and Stakeholders. Because of the size of the company this is a great challenge that requires great knowledge on solving complex problems. Personally, I'm interested in process improvement and complexity theory. I think it is really important to understand where does Agile comes from and how it presents an alternative to solve complex problems by moving them into a complicated domain. Scrum wasn't created just after a meeting of really smart people but it was the result of analyzing what we currently know about complexity theory.
