About
Godela Tönnies is a political economist (Diplom-Volkswirtin) and based in the Zurich area, Switzerland. She is german, grew up in Germany and Austria, and lived and worked in Europe, USA and Colombia, SA.
In the late nineties she got the experience of working in start-up companies of the new economy. Work was so different than in the big companies which then were her clients. The idea was born - center the employees to become more efficient with the right mindset. So becoming a Scrum Master and working in an agile environment was surely the right step.
