I am a Consultant, Trainer & Coach, specializing in forming, leading and coaching effective and innovative teams that accomplish high-impact results while staying highly motivated and enjoying their work.

I've been leading, mentoring and coaching teams and individuals for the past 7 years, particularly in the context of adopting Agile Methods such as Scrum, Kanban & XP, acting as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Prior to that I played the roles of Development Director, Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Leader & Software Developer for a wide variety of business and enterprise software projects.

I have trained over 900 individuals in Agile & Scrum. I have also delivered IT courses in Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru and República Dominicana and held Teaching Assistant positions at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in software engineering courses.

I was one of the first ones to evangelize Agile Methods in Perú, co-founding the local agile community (Agile Perú), co-organizing the fist spanish-speaking Certified Scrum Master course in Lima and the first community event.

I am a frequent speaker in conferences, universities and companies in topics regarding agile project management, effective teamwork & leadership, software development, innovation & entrepreneurship.

I am a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Master I and Certified Scrum Developer.
