I am a Change Agent. I do talk to people involved in the change to get their point of view as to why they are doing the change, in the process I do coach and mentor them to understand their own role, motivate them to take ownership, provide ideas and implement those ideas with an assurance the the model they are working will allow them to fail and learn from their own experiences. Every individual is unique and has unlimited potential. I do facilitate to extract those skills to deliver the client needs in a friendly collaborative interdependent team environment.
