Stabilized and increased data/voice network for high-capacity outbound dialing application; brought voice network in-service level to 100% for TDM CAS/ISDN circuits; implemented first VoIP circuits and expanded VoIP capacity. Significantly reduced downtime of the five state-wide TCP/IP network, correcting issues with primary data paths and implementing secondary transport. Expanded network capacity and site diversity to eight distributed/redundant sites; diagnosed and corrected issues with application servers ensuring 100% system capacity utilization. Instrumental in ensuring all network facilities and platform servers in continual service, an achievement not seen in previous 1½ years; broke record for Teleforums delivered in a one week period with no refunds.
