Guy Coleman,
I am an experienced software developer in the enterprise custom development space. I have worked with agile scrum teams throughout my career and I am passionate about the agile philosphy. I am currently the scrum master on a very strategic project within the corporate and retail banking sector. We are embracing scrum to maximise our value to the business we are looking to deliver to. The scrum process enables us to achieve our goals in line with the business' agile philiosophy.
