I'm Gerardo Barrera... I am a Healtcare IT consultant with 15yr of experience in both the Technical and Project Management space. I have worked on integrated systems/network projects which have increased in scope, complexity & funding over the years. At BarrMa Consulting Group, I am responsible for translating my years of experience into customer value by partnering with organizations and channel partners to implement swift solutions. I enhance and execute against an organization's strategic digital framework for the delivery of services and have worked in the Public, Private, For Profit and Non-Profit sectors. I collaborate vertically and horizontally with Executive Leadership Teams as well as peers through cross functional partnerships to both identify strategic objectives and deploy solutions swiftly. These Cross-Functional Partners help facilitate the groundwork to ensure  progression through their Digital Maturity Journey. With the help of our channel partners, we are growing the industries we serve. As our Strategic Service Lines grow, we expect to translate operational & technical opportunities into innovative ways of increasing engagement across that continuum to provide digitally integrated ecosystems of value.
