With over six years of experience in the financial sector, I am a product operations manager at Itaú Unibanco, the largest private bank in Brazil and Latin America. I lead a team of agile coaches and specialists who support the product development and delivery of innovative and customer-centric solutions. I am also responsible for implementing and monitoring the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework across the organization, ensuring alignment and transparency of strategic goals and outcomes. Previously, I was the head of business agility at Banco Itaú, where I helped transform the culture and processes of the bank to become more agile, adaptive, and collaborative. I also worked as an agile consultant at Emergee, a consultancy firm that helps organizations adopt and scale agile methodologies and practices. I have multiple certifications from Microsoft in ASP.NET and .NET Framework development, and I have strong skills in business agility, OKRs, agile project management, and product operations.
