Frank began his career as a project manager in 1995 in the trade show industry. In that fast-paced environment, entry-level project managers are called "speed bumps" because they spend 12 hours a day dodging the 18-wheel tractor-trailers that deliver the exhibits. Over the next 7 years, Frank was promoted several times, reaching the position of Senior Project Manager. In that role, he was responsible for budgeting and scheduling events throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He skillfully managed many marquee events including the New York Auto Show, the New York International Gift Fair, Interphex, the Medical Design and Manufacturing Expo, Vision Expo, and the Licensing Expo. As a senior manager, Frank enthusiastically mentored, trained, and supervised more than 20 project managers and project coordinators.
Frank is passionate about the art and science of project management. In 2011, he completed New York University's Project Management Certificate Program. Subsequently, he passed the Project Management Professional exam and earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in December of 2011. In addition to his PMP certification, Frank earned the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation in April of 2013.
Frank joined arteric in January of 2012 as a Senior Project Manager. He was responsible for budgeting, planning, scheduling, and managing arteric's interactive projects. He led a fun-loving, skilled project team in making amazing things happen: "Internet Magic," as he liked to call it. Frank served as the scrum master, keeper-of-the-schedule, the task-watcher, and the guy-with-the-poking-stick. He was a trustworthy motivator and team builder who enabled team members to exceed their own expectations and produce exceptional results.
Frank's commitment to providing outstanding customer service, along with his superb project management skills, made him an asset to arteric's customers and partners.
