Co-Founder, Clearly Agile | Fractional Agile Officer, The Braintrust Group
Fred Mastropasqua is the co-founder of Clearly Agile and Fractional Agile Officer of The Braintrust Group, where he leads a team of 60 employees. Based in the Greater Tampa Bay region, Fred is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with the Scrum Alliance and brings over 30 years of IT leadership and engineering experience to the Agile community.
Throughout his career, Fred has held a range of impactful roles including:

Fred built the SaaS company Synuma from the ground up and successfully sold it—using only the Scrum Framework with weekly sprints. Under his leadership, Clearly Agile was ranked #500 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing US companies.
