Fabrizio Machella
About
Fabrizio Machella class '84 is a software developer who loves agile practices. He has a bachelor degree in Software Engineering and a past of entrepreneur.
Since 2012 he started to join to meet-ups and groups that talk about software and the way of developing that, and he started to know about scrum and xp. Fascinated from these methodologies he decided to start a course with one of the best teachers he met: Craig Larman.
After that he started the long travel to become a better software programmer aiming to companies that adopt that, in order to learn how to become Agile. He passed through the two major companies in Milan area that was coached with Scrum and Xp and so he finally absorbed that.
At moment he is working for an enterprise company that likes his agile attitude and the way to solve problems.
He still has an entrepreneurial eye and outside the first job he has side projects.
