My Name is Friedrich Koebler.

I have strong experience in engineering management which I gathered as Senior Engineering Manager, Site Manager, Engineering Manager, Software Development Manager and Team lead. In my current position, I’m responsible for an engineering organization with more than 120 employees which is organized in several Competence Centers around the world. These teams create solutions which allow tracking of billions of goods in the whole world. 

I have 16 years’ experience in Software Engineering and worked at several market leaders. This allowed me to learn different aspects of development; for example, I built, managed and leaded teams working on mass products as well as huge scale client projects and even open source projects. 

As an experienced and energetic technical leader with the ability to create solutions that have real business impact,  I like inspiring and serving teams as well as building strong relationships across organizational boundaries to deliver things that a single team could not deliver themselves. I have built and managed large teams (up to 120 people), led organizational change, brought innovative products to market and collaborated in both small teams and across geographies and functions in global working environments.
