Frode Helgesen

Frode R Helgesen is an honest, creative and likable person who has gained a lot of experience in being a leader. As a leader, he is keen to make a good psychosocial work environment, where those he leads gets the opportunity to flourish. Frode believe that to be seen and recognized for our efforts make us better.

Frode likes to question the established and allow himself to think outside the box. Together with his colleagues he strives for days filled with academic challenges and humor - the serious and the fun in a good mix! Frode is humble above others people's knowledge, and believe strongly in synergies when people with different knowledge work together toward a common goal.

Feedback have made it clear to him that he is very good at presenting and communicating and being an interpreter between technical and non-technical environment. Frode enjouys conveying a message and see that it is received and that something happens as a result of his dedication and presentation skills.

It is important for Frode to work in an organization that continually challenges him and sets demands. Frode may begin to feel bored when everything is going smoothly and we are facing "business as usual" periods. Then he needs new challenges to attack.
