Frederic FERRANT is an experienced IT consultant with a more than 20 years experience in the banking sector. Frederic is now focusing on the reinforcement of his Agile practices, after having worked as technical and functional analyst, mainly on electronic signature and banking authentication process (a.o. integrating with the new belgian security platform). He also has an experience in j2ee applications development, testing, helpdesk and desktop publishing, and also gives evening lessons in Java.
Frederic is very knowledgeable for his excellent analytical skills and great sense of detail, combined with a stress-resistant mind and an always-positive attitude. Always learning and studying, he likes to share his knowledge with other people.
Since end 2014, Frédéric is ScrumMaster (2 years in a team where he put agile practices in place to cope with a fast-changing scope project, and now SM for two other teams of different agile backgrounds). He also helps facilitating the coordination between three agile teams by facilitating a regular Scrum Of Scrums meeting, on demand of three teams working together.
