Frank Eberhard
I worked in logistics for three major companies for 18 years. Having dealt with moving goods I realized my interest lies in what it takes to move people. Some projects later, after co-founding a consultancy and after co-founding a Montessori school I am now at what I was always best at: true interest in people, empathetic listening, creating an environment for personal change - thus building the base for advancing people driven businesses.
Scrum, the Montessori experience and agile principles have proven to be a valuable basis for that change. Even before starting to work with wibas I had adopted agile values in the setup of projects I supported.
Now at wibas, agile runs through our veins. All work within wibas is organized in agile teams and the vast majority of our client engagements involve agile frameworks. I have worked as scrum master, product owner, scrum consultant, scrum coach to other scrum masters and as management consultant for executives pondering over agile implementation.
With networking being my second nature, I associate with gws for organizational development, Collegial Leadership for fresh ideas on leading and other groups who investigate cooperation and collaboration. I also hosted a leadership round table at wibas for six years.
I am currently busy with agile transformations in corporations of various sizes. I coach executives, facilitate townhall meetings and leadership circles, I train in change, agile leadership and agile coaching and I am a mentor to younger colleagues at wibas.
