Hi, my name is Fernando Soares.
I'm a Computer Engineer graduated in 2003 with 24+ years professional experience in Brazil having my first decade in software development and the next years in software QA/Test, ScrumMaster|Leadership and Business/Project/Product Manager positions working across multiple development/test teams for high-growth startups to multi-million dollar enterprises in North American and European markets.
Solid and proven experience working abroad for several companies mainly in the United States and other countries. Currently working for the Payment Technology Industry managing distributed teams across Brazil, US, Cyprus, India and UK.
I'm a Scrum practitioner since 2011, obtaining my first CSM certification in 2012. I hold a CSPO certification as well as the A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster) obtained in Tampa/FL/USA (Mar/2018).
I also hold a CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster) certification obtained in Washignton/DC (Jun/2019) as part of my professional growth and continuous paths toward CST ®/ CEC ®.
