Work Experience

Sanofi (as a Broadmoor Solutions consultant), Scrum Master / Product Owner
2011-07-26 - Present, Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, US
As an external consultant for Sanofi with the title "Business Partner", I am the Scrum Master and/or Product Owner for all divisional sales and marketing solutions (Business Intelligence, CRM and Web Development). I started my role as Project Leader/Scrum Master, but while I still handle a few smaller projects as a Scrum Master, my official title has changed to "Business Partner" and I'm currently spending more time as a Product Owner. While the company is still not fully Agile, they have taken steps to include Agile methodologies within their standard Software Development framework, and I have fully embraced it to satisfy the business through early and continuous delivery of valuable software.
