Francesca Barbaccia

Graduated with a First-Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing and Management (MEng) with Industrial Placement from the University of Bath. During my tme at university I completed a year-long placement working at Virgin Media as an Insight Analyst.

After graduating I decided to aid the start my career in consulting by joining JDX Consulting. Here I was placed in a world leading investment management firm in the client oversight team, which gave me experience working in a fast pace and high-pressure environment within the finance sector. Currently I am working as a consultant within Sopra Steria where I have recently begun a project with a local government, allowing me to gain knowledge and develop skills in digital transformation consulting, which is what I am hoping to have a career in. My first project involves Scrum which has given me first hand experience in how it works in organisations and the challenges than need to be overcome.
