Evelyn Tian is an experienced coach, trainer, and international keynote speaker, with a deep passion for enabling organizational growth and product excellence.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience across industries including telecom, automotive, finance, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce, Evelyn has held diverse roles spanning product management, project management, software development, system architecture, integration, and customer support. Her unique ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategic discussions and in-depth technical conversations makes her a trusted advisor for organizations undergoing transformation.
Evelyn’s core focus lies in organizational transformation strategy, continuous improvement, and advancing both the art and science of product and service delivery. She has an extensive track record in coaching leadership, agile transformation, and helping teams unleash their full potential. Formerly the Head of Ericsson’s Global Transformation Support Center, she played a key role in driving the telecom giant’s large-scale transformation initiatives.
As a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Evelyn is dedicated to developing coaching capabilities within organizations. She has mentored agile practitioners from over 80 countries (as of November 2023) and actively gives back to the community through free monthly coaching clinics and global networking events.
Evelyn holds academic backgrounds in Electrical Engineering (E.E.), Computer Science (C.S.), and has furthered her studies in Executive MBA (EMBA), psychology, and professional coaching. She is also the co-founder of the Enterprise Coaching Institute, an ICF-accredited training provider focused on developing Enterprise Coaches and coaching-based leadership at both ACC and PCC levels.
