Eric Sybesma
I am an IT development manager with special interests in building well-functioning Agile teams, test-oriented development, design patterns and enterprise microservices in Java. My educational background is a MSEE in communication systems from the University of Michigan followed by an MBA in management and finance from the University of Minnesota.
My first Agile team experience was in 2005, and I have been leading Agile Scrum teams since 2011. Agile methodology enables a software team to adapt quickly to evolving customer requirements and to provide incremental improvement and the best return on development investment, both in the short and long term.
