Ted has more than 30 years of experience in technology, product development and data center operations, spanning telecommunications, outsourcing, environmental sustainability, and enterprise application integration.
Ted has lead development and operational teams in delivering high value products and services, by transitioning teams to agile and agile mindsets, including coaching, establishing strategy, focusing on continuos learning and improvement, and continuously delivering value for organizations.
Prior to Rogue Wave, Ted was Vice President of Product Development at IHS and held positions as Project Executive at IBM, business unit CIO at US WEST, and Partner at BizTek Intl.
Ted holds certifications as a PMP, CSM, CSPO, CAL, and TQM.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Denver.

Responsible for software product delivery and quality as well as IT infrastructure. Led the team of 170 employees through the agile transformation.
Reduced delivery cycles from 3-5 product releases per yer to over 33 release for 2016. Defined and implemented Product Management responsibilities, Product Owners, Marketing and Product Development roles. Established corporate reporting for product releases, budget management, and quality emphasis.
Leading the teams involved coaching the framework and emphasizing agile values. Spending time understanding the manifesto and the principles, detailed Scrum training, Executive Scrum overviews, "lunch & learns", coaching and guiding the teams in the value of continual learning, continuous improvement, and frequent product releases. Established the artifacts direction, identified tool implementation, and generally acting as an interim CSM and agile coach. Established the Scrum Community of Practice, bringing together CSMs ad CSPOs in sharing learning and what worked and what was challenging capturing lessons learned and knowledge sharing. Coached the COP on the ongoing emphasis of the agile manifesto and principles.
Worked with Product Management on establishing the Portfolio Management approach to value creation and product investment, focusing on value delivery.
