Founder of Harrington Starr Technology Consulting. A technologist and former CTO whose risen through the ranks from development and seen the huge transformative benefits in on time value delivery of Agile Scrum.
I specialise in agile transformation, one off agile project delivery and have a run a full enterprise agile transformation in a large asset manager. I have coached individuals and teams in Agile principles and values and in Scrum.
I have held roles of Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile coach as well as CTO and various development roles.
