Fascinated by innovative software development where technology, strategy and project delivery intersect. I have worked in Agile (product development & client) teams since 2005, but came into contact with Scrum in 2010. My specialty is to set up and develop project (development) teams which contain both creative (design) and technically skilled people. My passion for delivery of working software & innovation has been flourishing since I have adopted AScrum (& Lean). Except for setting up teams, I have also set-up entire project organisations in small agency settings and have expanded the project organizations 300%-1000% while maintaining outcome and more than healthy project / company margins.
