Title: Distinguished Professor of Practice for Global Accounting, Risk and Agility

Euvin Naidoo is a globally recognized authority on agility, AI, OKRs, and organizational transformation, with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning strategy, growth, finance, risk, and economic development across Africa, the United States, and globally.

A Distinguished Professor of Practice at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, Euvin teaches flagship courses on agility, AI, and the future of work. He was named one of Poets & Quants' 50 Best Undergraduate Business School Professors worldwide (2025) and received The Case Centre's Outstanding Case Teacher Award (2024), one of management education's most prestigious global honors. He was also recognized on the 2024 list of Africa's 100 Most Trusted and Respected Africans.

During his tenure as a full-time faculty member at Harvard Business School, Euvin co-authored two landmark cases: "Enterprise Agility at Komerční Banka," exploring how agile principles transform large-scale banking institutions and now taught across business schools and executive programs globally, and "Nelson Mandela: Change Leader," co-written with Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter, drawing on the lessons of African leadership for Fortune 500 executives navigating seemingly impossible turnarounds. He also co-led HBS's inaugural agile Short Intensive Program, the first program of its kind to bring together the heads of agile practices from McKinsey, Bain, and BCG.

Most recently, Euvin served on the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on the Future of Job Creation, shaping frontier thinking on how technology investment can drive meaningful employment in middle-income economies. He has delivered a widely viewed opening talk at TEDGlobal on African growth strategy, youth leadership, and the role of capital markets in creating shared prosperity.

A former Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group and senior executive at two leading pan-African banks, Euvin brings rare depth as practitioner, scholar, and global thought leader to every conversation on what it truly means to build agile organizations that endure.
