Erez Morabia

I bring over 30 years of experience in software engineering, Agile coaching, and leadership. I started coding at age 18 and currently serve as VP of Engineering at Papaya Global and Co-Founder of InsideOut AI, where we help companies integrate AI into the Agile delivery lifecycle. Additionally, I work as an Agile Coach at Ajimeh, a leading Agile consulting firm led by Danko, one of Scrum Alliance’s early CSTs.

I hold approximately 60 Agile and product certifications, including:

CSM, CSPO (Scrum Alliance)

PSM I/II, PSPO I–III, PAL I, SPS (Scrum.org)

ICP-ACC, ICP-APM (ICAgile)

PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, and more.

I have coached teams in top Israeli tech companies and trained hundreds of professionals globally. I regularly lead workshops on integrating AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini into Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and planning. I’m also a conference speaker (e.g., Project Fusion 2024, Beyond Agile Israel, Atlassian Conference) and author of Make Your Workweek Awesome.

I will use the official Scrum Alliance materials, follow all course requirements, and register participants appropriately. My aim is to offer an engaging, practice-driven course that empowers Scrum Masters to apply AI effectively in their teams.
