Erik Hansen
I've forged a diverse writing, Agile project-management, and marketing career for more than 20 years and counting. In the process, I’ve become a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Professional. Career highlights include creating and leading the daily workflow for 10 U.S. and European Teams across 6 time zones, securing $8.5 million in sales for a Seattle consulting firm, earning 10 journalism awards, writing grants that netted $75,000 to renovate a Seattle community garden, and even creating a children’s picture book—a project that’s still in progress.
My most recent Agile Coach work includes serving as a Delivery Lead/Agile Coach at the New York City adtech startup, Madhive, from March 2024 to February 2025. From October 2017 to March 2023, I worked as an Agile Coach for Skykick, a cloud security startup in Seattle.
I began my Scrum and Agile training back in 2013 with Seattle consulting firm Logic20/20, where I served as a Scrum and agile-project management expert as well as a content creator and manager. My clients at Logic included Microsoft, T-Mobile, Seattle Public Schools, and Washington State, where I restructured and rewrote www.business.wa.gov, the primary resource for starting and operating a business in the Evergreen State.
