I'm Ervin N Gordon Jr

I graduated from Johnson C Smith University with a computer science degree.  After graduation,  I started my career as a Java developer at IBM.  This position allowed me to obtain a solid foundation in writing code along with software development and design.  From there I became a Technical Lead.  In this position I garnered the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.  I matriculated into software management where I was able to exercise my technical skills while leading.  As a true technologist I have IT experience in 4 different industries, However the bulk of my experience is in FinTech.  I've landed consulting contracts with Wells Fargo Securities, Bank of America, Ally Financial and TIAA.  I love learning and technology which fuels my passion for IT.
