I’m currently a PostDoc Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Sociotechnical Systems Research Center (SSRC), Consortium for Engineering Program Excellence (CEPE), U.S.A.
I am a specialist in Agile & Innovation Management, Innovation Projects, Agile Tools, Practices and Techniques, Product and Technology Development, with more than 8 years working in research, education and consulting projects.
At MIT, I’m the leading researcher responsible for cutting-edge global programs that aim to explore and develop agile management models, people’s competences and processes to improve Project, Product, Innovation and Organization Performance, to deliver business value and better results in fast-paced and dynamic project environments.
I am the first Brazilian to receive international recognition in the area of Agile Project Management applied to non-software development industries from world-renowned institutions: Production & Operations Management Society (POMS); Project Management Institute (PMI; PMIEF) and International Project Management Association (IPMA).
I co-authored the first book published in Brazil on Agile Project Management applied to Innovation Projects. I also authored and co-authored nearly 30 scientific articles and practitioner-oriented publications related to my areas of expertise published in national and international conferences and journals. I've been invited as guest speaker on agile & innovation management topics at numerous global conferences and executive courses.
I hold a Ph.D. and Master Certificate from University of São Paulo (USP), São Carlos School of Engineering (EESC-EI2) focused on Agile and Innovation Management for Project and Product Development.
