Eric Chung
I have worked in the Loyalty Technology space for +7 years and only recently began fully living Scrum! The clients I have worked with have mostly been Waterfall. My role is to support the client in defining their vision and sharing their requirements and the value it will bring for our client back to the Scrum team. Excited to continue the journey and learn best practices on my way to becoming a Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner.
