I am the technical lead for industry-focused research-oriented software projects. These are funded by the European Commission ranging in size from €5,400,000 to €7,000,000. Depending on the project and product, I create custom-made methodologies based on Agile practices to ensure that the final and intermediate products are delivered up to the expected standards.
