Ethann Castell

Ethann Castell is an Agile coach, trainer, and practitioner with 20+ years of experience helping teams and organisations move beyond doing Agile to actually being Agile.

He has coached at organisations including bp, Accenture, and the NSW Department of Justice, and has designed and delivered Agile training programs for workforces of 70,000+. A Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and ICAgile Authorised Instructor, he delivers accredited Agile and Product Ownership courses across Australia and internationally.

He is also the author of two practitioner-focused books — Unlocking the Agile Mindset and The Agile Meeting Toolkit — written for Scrum Masters, coaches, and teams who want to go deeper than the mechanics of the framework.

Ethann is based in Brisbane, Australia, and consults, coaches, and trains across government, higher education, financial services, and technology sectors.
