Coming from philosophy studies, I developed a strong interest in service operations and team management, which soon turned to be my job. I'm used to work with top international clients and international business, within contexts of time-pressure and high exposure; my professional experience helped me to develop a proactive attitude, able to bend and adapt the knowledge I get into a problem solving perspective. Strongly team-oriented, I believe in easing the communication as the pivot factor for the development and empowering of individual and teams.
