Learn about purchasing for teams

Scrum Master since May 2016, I started my carreer as a developer in lean organizations, working first with Kanban and then with scrum with most of the engineering practises coming from XP.
During my last experience as a developer, I was part of a highly mature scrum team, the compay had actually adopted scrum for 7 years back then. Within this team, I had the chance to make the transition into the world of agile coaching. Not there yet, I replace the old scrum master who left the company to become and Agile coach, with whom i learned a lot, it was a great opportunity to get an accelerated coaching by his side. For more than a year, I experimented within my team several retrospective formats, in a R&D context, with all the challenges it could bring when doing it in a Scrum context.
Working in agile / scrum teams was a revelation to me. I started as a developer by default, not really knowing what my next career step would be, then I grew up, a bit, and I had for the first time a vision about where I would like to be in 10 years or even more. And that is why I have chosen to become a consultant, a Scrum Master consultant on my way to becoming an Agile Coach.
