My name is Daniela Yonusg, I'm Venezuelan but I currently live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 2011 I have been around the agile world and since then I've been working hard to bring stakeholders and sponsor of projects and teams closer, doing that through some practices to allow them to have a better environment for work and achieve common objectives and naturally identify the framework that’s more suitable for their needs.
In fact, I've dedicated my professional life to consulting, training, coaching and mentoring with both technical and business teams on the fields of insurance, retail and government using agile principles and framework,s focus on the delivery of value and continuous improvement, including the design and implementation of strategies for the organizational change and its associated processes.
Design, negotiation and definition of proposals for development projects and service agreements through the usage of agile frameworks. This within a software factory and project consultancy firm environment.
My constant quest for balance if what drives my progress; my family, my growth both professionally and spiritually, my faith in God and helping people and organizations to achieve their goals are the foundations of my day to day work. Even though is a constant challenge, I’m happy to feel that my purpose is to strive for a better world.
