Darren Wadley

Darren Wadley is the managing director of Jeometri Limited, a company specialising in outsourced software design and development for the finance industry. Darren’s experience spans a wide spectrum of the financial services industry having held senior positions within both the insurance, investment and fiduciary sectors. A skilled compliance and regulatory professional, Darren’s client base include captive insurance, fund administration, investment management and fiduciary businesses.

Prior to starting Jeometri, Darren was Head of Legal and Compliance for the Guernsey branch of one of the Europe’s leading captive insurance management companies where he was responsible for the compliance, risk management and company secretarial functions and has extensive experience in the administration and management of trust and company structures. In addtion, Darren has undertaken Business Analyst roles on a number of high profile software development projects as well as acting as lead trainer for Europe and Asia.

Darren is a fellow of the International Compliance Association and holds the International Diploma in Compliance and the International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. Darren is also a Certified Accounting Technician, a PRINCE2 Practitioner, a Certified Scrum Master and has a qualifying law degree.
