David Updike

David Updike has a diverse and extensive IT background ranging from mainframe to open systems development and from coaching/mentoring/training to managing global teams on large complex software products.  He has assisted many teams in understanding Agile development and has helped them succeed at large and medium sized companies. 

Having been a developer, architect, tester, BA and a manager over his years in IT David truly has an intimate understanding of IT teams and what makes them work and not work.  A certified ScrumMaster since 2006 he has coached at all the layers from technicians to middle managers to executives striving to make organizations understand achieving success takes the whole organization, not just the IT Team.
