What she enjoys about her work is the facilitation of mixed-discipline teams to encourage collaboration, flexibility, continouous improvement and to enable successful delivery on time and within budget, to the satisfaction and delight of the business. She is passionate about Agile. She spends her life coaching and supporting Agile transformations, typically at scale. She has her own company, which delivers training, coaching and consultancy. The company builds its own software and tools, and uses Agile to do this - because it works.
