Systems Engineer specialized in Information Technology, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation + Entrepreneurship, and Artificial Intelligence. Holds a Master’s degree in IT Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, graduating with Honorable Mention of Excellence. Additionally, he earned a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Universidad Privada del Norte and a Doctorate in Economic Sciences from Universidad Nacional de Cajamarca. In recognition of his professional achievements, he was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa by the International University for Human Development and Leadership, Mexico.
He is certified in PMP, PMO-CP, CSM, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL 4, COBIT, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Leadership Management, Design Thinking Practitioner, Data Science by IBM, and Artificial Intelligence by MIT. He has also completed specializations through the Inter-American Development Bank, Harvard University, and Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as top universities in Northern Peru.
He has served as a Project Evaluator for the Pacific Alliance and the Inter-American Development Bank, Leader of the PMI Cajamarca Community, Vice President of Education, and PMIef Liaison at PMI Northern Peru Chapter. In the public sector, he has held key leadership roles, including Head of Planning, Deputy Manager of Institutional Development, Digital Transformation Consultant for GORE Cajamarca, GORE Lambayeque, and the PCM through the IDB project, and for the Secretariat of Government and Digital Transformation. He has also served as Systems Manager, Regional Director of Digital Transformation for the Regional Government of Cajamarca, Cloud Migration Project Manager at ITSTK, and Executive Director of the IT and Innovation Office at CENARES - MINSA.
Currently, he is a Senior Consultant in Governance and Digital Transformation, University Professor, and Instructor at UTP, UNSA, UNI, UPN, and PUCP (Institute for Quality), as well as at PROAVANCE. He is also an International Speaker.
