Daina Spence

As a Business Analyst, I have hands on experience with both the functional and technical aspects involved in the successful delivery of a product to stakeholders. Professionally, my goal is to continuously innovate with and create new efficiencies in the process of Software Development. At a high level this involves reshaping the process of taking a project from a statement of work, to an implemented functionality. Using Scrum, I focus on understanding the capacity of my team. This involves teaching my Product Owners about the development process the team is using, helping the development team communicate their goals and accomplishments in terms of the business need, and to facilitating collaboration between the Product owner and the Development team.
